Challenge
Conceptualize and implement a mobile digital product from scratch that helps plant managers and finance managers better control their production units and understand alternative financing opportunities, taking the first steps toward digitalizing their business.

  • Research & Insights Gathering: Conducted interviews with plant managers, technicians, and CEOs, including on-site factory visits to map real-world workflows.

  • UX/UI Design: Led the end-to-end design for both the mobile application and the landing page.

  • Direct Development Coordination: Collaborated closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and seamless implementation.

  • Interim Product Management: Stepped into PM roles during advanced project phases to streamline delivery and alignment.

  • Strategic Risk Mitigation: Identified a critical strategic pivot that averted significant risks and directly led to the creation of a new, independent venture.

  • Product Consulting: Provided strategic guidance to align user needs with business goals and technological constraints.
