In Mexico, there are 1,640 million square meters of homes with cement floors. Guardameta allows users to install flooring in their homes, making savings the primary means of payment.
The digital product allows users to request a quote from Lamosa (a ceramic tile company). Once the plan is approved, the user follows the entire process through an app, culminating in the installation of the floor or wall.
I redesigned the product from scratch during a critical phase (I joined the project at an advanced stage, with a considerable delay and a design that didn't meet expectations). I remotely managed the design team between Spain and Mexico. I assumed the role of Product Manager to clarify processes, unlock key decisions, and prioritize features. I implemented an agile, parallel, and flexible approach to meet very tight deadlines. In just a month and a half, we had a validated product ready for market launch.
The company (formerly Mutualidad de la Abogacía) redesigned its brand to improve its market image and wanted to open new lines of business to reach more young people.
We created a digital product to support the target customer through different phases of their life, starting with access to technological and educational products. I created a new brand to house this product and designed the digital solution.
The client owned vineyards and wanted to innovate and develop new business lines. I joined the project with a single brief: “We want people to be able to order wine at a bar just like they order beer. You need to make it possible to order a glass of draft wine in any bar in Spain.”
I spoke with oenologists to understand how wine should be properly stored and served. I researched oxygenation, materials, solutions from other countries and cultures, and how people consumed wine and beer. I ended up inventing something that didn’t exist: a wooden barrel capable of serving draft wine directly into a glass with a very simple system. It was highly successful, and the client planned to expand it from northern to southern Spain. The project is currently on hold due to internal reasons on the client’s side.

I took part in defining the value proposition of a highly innovative solution developed by the innovation team in Germany. We helped bring their concept down to earth and make it more tangible, constantly travelling into the future while turning abstract ideas into something concrete.

Conceptualized a digital community for the company and designed exclusive services for its members. The project targeted 75 companies and 12,000 potential users working in their buildings. I was responsible for the final product functionality and also contributed to the design of services and experiences.
